Visitor Comments

As our first visit to Mica Grange was 'before Covid' it was time to repeat the experience. After our three hour drive we were happy to sit and enjoy a delicious lunch under the golden robinia (I think) overhanging the edge of the deck before wandering the garden to see what had changed and what hadn't. Thank you to the owners of this inspiring garden for your generosity. Your hard work is very much appreciated. Lynne & Mike from The Patch, Vic

Always gorgeously presented and attended with such polite and knowledgeable staff.A real credit to Bede and Mary , its well worth the trip to see the views and lovely garden they have worked so hard on.

It was a delight to enjoy your beautiful garden this morning. We were fascinated by the abundance of glorious rose blooms. Suggestion: It would have been much more informative to have had available a garden plan leaflet with a list of current plant names. Furthermore, devise a unique plant label for each plant in situ, specifically the trees and roses. These could be labels adhered to a structure that could be a marketable option as well. Thank you , we enjoyed the visit very much.

A wonderful experience. Beautiful gardens, magnificent setting and a lovely lunch

I have visited this garden several times and am never disappointed. The rose archway is magnificent and the variety of plants in the expansive garden bed that follows the contours of the house is wonderful. The garden is open around April and October/November and my friend and I make time to visit in both seasons. You can have lunch ir afternoon tea on the deck but we prefer to take a picnic and find a bench (there are many) or a large rock to sit. Also, we rarely leave without a 'garden art' memento...there is lots of variety to fit any purse!
