An eclectic garden with lawn between Frangipanis and deciduous trees leading through more formal plantings to a slightly Asian influenced garden. A productive area with chicken house and vegetable enclosure is connected via a boardwalk to a 'Woodland' trail. Very heavy clay soil, a VERY steep slope and unpredictable rainfall make for challenging gardening. A number of garden benches provide respite from trekking up and down the hill.
